Cancellations / modifications of reservations and no-shows:
Modification of the reservation:
The reservation made may be modified free of charge, as long as it is requested more than 3 days in advance of the start date of the originally planned stay at the hostel, electronically at email@example.com , or by phone at + 34 921 42 75 13 . The success of the modification will depend on the availability of the Hostel at the time of the request.
Cancellation of the reservation and no-show:
The reservation made may be canceled free of charge, provided that it is made more than 3 days before the start date of the stay at the hostel, by means of a written communication sent electronically to firstname.lastname@example.org , or by phone at + 34 921 42 75 13 . The cancellation of the reservation less than 3 days before the start date of the stay in the hostel, implies for the client the payment of a penalty corresponding to the value of the first night of the stay.
The non-presentation at check-in or cancellation of the reservation with less than 24 hours before the start date of the stay in the hostel, implies for the client the payment of a penalty whose amount corresponds to the amount of the first night of the stay, as well as, in case of no-show, the cancellation of the reservation.
Bank charges generated by reservation cancellations will be paid by the client. In any case, the corresponding invoice will be sent to the address provided by the client at the time of booking.
